Our Commitment
VidSaver does not host or store any TikTok content. It is a tool that, on a user's request, retrieves publicly available TikTok media and relays it to that user without keeping a copy. We still take copyright infringement seriously and act on valid DMCA takedown notices.
If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure outlined below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, please send a written communication to our designated agent that includes the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted work
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, provide a representative list.
Identification of the infringing material
The specific TikTok URL(s) of the material you want blocked on VidSaver, with enough detail for us to identify it.
Your contact information
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Good faith statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy statement
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Repeat Infringers Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, VidSaver has adopted a policy of restricting access, in appropriate circumstances, for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Because VidSaver has no user accounts, this may mean blocking IP addresses. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access for any user who infringes intellectual property rights, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Important: VidSaver is a tool for retrieving publicly available TikTok media. We do not host or store video content, so blocking a link on VidSaver doesn't remove it from TikTok. To have content removed at the source, also report it to TikTok through its intellectual property report form.
