Our Commitment

VidSaver does not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content. We provide a tool that processes publicly available URLs in real-time. However, we take copyright infringement seriously and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices promptly.

If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure outlined below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, please send a written communication to our designated agent that includes the following information:

Counter-Notification

Repeat Infringers Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, VidSaver has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the service or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe intellectual property rights, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Important: VidSaver acts as a tool for processing publicly available URLs. We do not host or store video content. Copyright holders should also contact the original platform (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) where the content is hosted to request removal at the source.
